  This movie had everything I could have asked for: Italians, Catholicism, horror, demons, and tits. I unironically loved this movie. Seriously. It was so fun—we laughed, we cried, we understood the plot—if you can bear to take off your critical serious movie critic lenses for an hour and forty-nine minutes, then you’ll have a good time. When my mother asked what movie we should see this week, she listed out a bunch and I said “you’re gonna hate me, but let’s see The Pope’s Exorcist.” After we got out of there, she went “thank you for making us watch that.”

  I think that every time a billionaire gets a zany idea that features a once-in-a-lifetime brush with danger that they should be forced to watch this movie before deciding on whether they want to pursue it or not.
