  Fun enough. Was this movie as post contextually meta in the second half as I thought it was? Perfectly parodying the absurdist nature of romcom second acts, providing a finer look into the intricacies of the simplistic nature of the lives of those within these potentially offensive and outdated tropes of intimacy? Words.

  I did and didn’t know where this was going and I really liked that. Compelling story structure, I’m not saying I could make this film but in theory the way this film is structured in an out of order act-based way is something I’d love to explore. I love how misleading the act titles are (and aren’t in some of the cases). I also love both these actors and really would like to see Willa Fitzgerald in more leading roles…

  I’m going to think about this film for an incredibly long time.

  I understand that Lynch isn’t for everyone, and I’m not going to act like it is, but this is an absolute feat that I’m glad I finally got around to watching.

  I’m obsessed with every small stylistic choice Lynch makes in order to truly engulf the viewer into the world he has created.
