This could have been a great short story, but it was wayyyyy long and way boring. I disliked the main character (she was odd and felt like a not real human). Oz created a creepy and unsettling atmosphere but this movie just didn’t have enough…. yeah.

The Monkey 2025
This one’s for the freaks and the sickos. My only complaint is that I wish it took it just a touch further. If we’re gonna make a movie about the absurdity, randomness, and the stupidity of death, let’s fucking GO THERE. The kill scenes got some laughs out of me, and the cheer squad that was going around town celebrating the deaths was a good touch of humor. I just wanted a bit more. SO CLOSE, but not quite freaky enough. Mr. Perkins needs to crank the freak factor up just a bit more.
