first off, i was at the chicago premiere at the Music Box Theater with Osgood Perkins in attendance and post q&a, so that was awesome!!!!
i enjoyed this movie, it was gory and had a few honest laughs, but i wasn’t blown away. very Final Destionation-y and some of the kills were super clever. the plot was messy at times and some of the dialogue felt lack luster. with that being said, it was a fun watch and i would recommend it!!!
ps theo james in that wig?!!! SMASH
pps i think i need to revisit Long Legs after this.

FINALLY!!! a horror movie with twists, turns, good writing and adequate gore!!!! the plot pulled me in and the writing kept me hooked.
this movie is gonna be a future classic, mark my words! some people won’t get it at first but its a lot of fun to watch. the makeup and gore was just bloody enough; perfection.
the performances were solid. it felt a little long winded at times but i was never bored!!! very refreshing (yet familiar) for the horror genre.
