  Fiddler on the Roof 1971

  Ngl this one got me…made me think a lot about how people have had to flee from places before and survived and how it’s important to keep the indomitable human spirit represented by the fiddler. Also the scene where they get married under the chuppah?? Tears - reminded me of Jackie and I’s wedding day.

  The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023

  Excellent adaptation - obviously a lot of context was missing that you get in the book but I think it was still a very faithful adaption. The visuals as always were on point!!! Rachel Zegler slayed the songs and her Appalachian accent wasn’t bad. Also I love Viola Davis as Dr. Gaull - I love a just menacing crazy villain.

  Okay this movie RULED actually!!! This was a Levi recommendation at our movie night and I’m glad we picked it. Visuals were on point, felt like watching a comic book, Magneto was SERVING??? Aesthetics were off the charts, young Hugh Hackman was hot, I could go on and on.
