    My absolute favorite Studio Ghibli film. I think it's always been underrated - unlike other Ghibli films, it's quite understated, more thoughtful, and to be honest, a little more "adult" (as in, it tackles more adult themes). It's also absolutely whimsical in a totally grounded sense; if watching Porco fly doesn't make you discover you always wanted to become a 1930's pilot over the Adriatic, I don't know what will.
