Late to this one but epitome of film as an art form. Love the creative style, set in the 80s with beautiful scenery depicts the art of summer life adds to the aesthetic of the film. Highlighting the art of life, intelligence through language and everything that’s come to be - irony in the characters being anthropologists. The still images in the film are cinematic. Lack of storyline and character development coincided to the artistic nature of the film. However, Timothee Chalamet for an early role commendable as heck!!!!!!

Eye opening to the privilege that I hold, to have the opportunity to not pay attention nor care about politics within my country, when government determines the fate of people’s lives on the other side of the world. Shows that even having one friend to help you when no one else wants to listen can make a difference. V well deserved award!

Movie encapsulates that moment of growing up and choosing between who you were raised to be or being a product of your surroundings - However, you have to figure this out for yourself. Very heart felt yet enjoyable watch. Great message at the end. Recommend!!!!
