  No one told me Kevin Costner was hot.

  This film needs some kind of warning at the beginning about the onscreen chemistry because it is NO JOKE. Seriously deserves to be on some best-of list for movie chemistry.

  Perfect airplane watch though I maintain I’d still rate this four stars on land. Watching Whitney Houston and Costner trying and failing to ignore their attraction for each other = good clean fun.

  “‘Die, You Bitch;’ An Exploration of Grotesque Motherhood in James Cameron’s Aliens”  

  If this thesis hasn’t been written can someone pls do so?? Good mommy/evil mommy vibes galore. Fun to watch, great action sequences, and some moments of genuine horror. Sigourney Weaver makes it art.
