  it’s crazy how we idolise people in such a way that we lose sight of who they really are. perceptions such a funny thing, we forget people exist in any other way than the version we’ve created in our heads. whether to sylvie, joan, pete or the fans that screamed his name in the crowd, bob could give less fucks as to who you wanted or thought him to be. a man who wanted nothing more than to make music, mumble and smoke and i loved every second of seeing it happen.
