I was quite sad after watching the movie because itt wasn't as good as I though it would be. it feels very hollow. it's all like "omg patriarchy bad!!" while still constantly using those hyper feminine character, and the one that is somehow challenging gender roles (while still wearing fake eyelashes uh) is weird Barbie (who is not liked by the other and marginalised because of it).
