Both visually and audibly, Fremont is a very calm movie. The dialogues, the humor, the music and overall sound, the perfectly framed pictures and the choice to keep them black and white. With Oisys you can really see how much Luke Röber already improved his skills of film making. So far Oisys is my absolute favorite.

The camera, the atmosphere, the music - Sati really manages to fascinate me. The plot is confusing, but I like it. As I am a big sucker for good acting, I have to say, that there are 1-2 moments that make me a bit sad, when it comes to this topic. But overall the main actress did a really good job.
I love, love, LOVE the long montages with intriguing shots and clever cuts, that are perfectly matched with the atmospheric and moving music by William Kodos Void.
    Well done, Luke Röber!

Even though the acting in some moments seems a bit amateurish, Luke Röber doesn’t disappoint when it comes to creating atmosphere.  SelfCare is not perfect, but a promising start. Worth a watch!
