Absolutely insane film. Saw it as a child and didn't realize how balls against the wall ridiculous the base plot is. A single mom meets this random man that she immediately starts having drive her to work every day. Then, when the kids' father bails on them for NYE, she trusts this RANDOM man who's never even met her kids to bring them all the way to Canada for her????? Insane behavior.
