  There's so much to hate here.... the bad line reading, the god-awful attempt of TLJ's Irish accent, all the errors and goofs (how can Jeff Bridges speak while underwater? Is he also a Mer-Man? How does Forest Whitaker head up a flight of stairs, turns around to go back down and next shot Tommy Lee Jones is RIGHT THERE, but never saw him?), but I just couldn't take my eyes away.

  So, everybody's afraid of the green girl, but we're cool with a talking goat?!

  I'm not familiar with the source material so I cannot weigh in on how much of a faithful adaptation it is. I expect the two leads to be at the forefront this awards season, their work is very good.
