I Am Cuba 1964
The cinematography was a solid 10 out of 10. The vibrant movements of the camera and blending of images were the cherry on top. The first half of the movie, especially the first episode, was top-notch. However, the quality of the plot downgrades in episodes 3 and 4.
I used to LOVE Cuban music, so the soundtrack was enjoyable. As everyone said in reviews, the propaganda was bold, but I don't mind it as long as it presents one's ideology…Translated from by -

It was an unplanned decision to watch it, but I enjoyed it immensely. The music was actually flawless; it had a Coilish vibe. I liked the ending. However, I disliked Jon's character. The movie had a pretentious perspective on music, but I'm into that sort of thing; I suppose I'm a bit of a pretentious bastard myself. The plot was weak, though. On the bright side, Frank's head had the perfect design. There were too many cinematic references for my taste. It's funny how our favorite thing to do is create instruments and record sounds like that to make an album.
