I love these romcoms where everything gets unnecessarily complicated. It could all be resolved so easily, but somehow, everything spirals out of control.I love, love, LOVE IT!Also, Hallmark Christmas Movies are my guilty pleasure. Take that vibe, add a Netflix budget, and now you understand why Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Chenoweth are in this movie. I adore it.Don’t expect anything decent, logical, or a plot with twists. Nope. Just sit back, turn your brain off, and enjoy the ride.

This movie came out way too late.I remember the massive success of The Hunger Games (2012), but The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes took forever to get here—at least the movie (I haven’t read the book).The performances were really weak, especially Coral (Mackenzie Lansing). She’s supposed to be this bloodthirsty character hell-bent on taking down Lucy Gray, but when she and the others run to the gates of the arena trying to reach Snow, only to have them close just seconds…
This movie became a classic for me so quickly. It's an excellent film, and the fact that it's based on true events makes it even better.
The character of Driss, played by Omar Sy, is incredible! There's no better way to portray a character who has never dealt with a person with disabilities. He represents it in a way that you can understand his discomfort, but at the same time, you see how he gets used to it and learns…
