The Deliverance 2024
One of the best horror movies I've seen.
Well-paced with a slow start, the film builds and invests us in the characters and what they're going through. Typical horror tropes are slowly and subtly weaved in, but we have allegorical horror from the start. One could put themselves in the perspective of any of the characters and experience a real world horror; more grounded and not supernatural-the horrors of every day life.
