  It’s so beaaauuutiful and I love it so much. But Laura Dern as Marmee is increasingly more annoying every time I watch it. And Beth baby pouting and feeding her dolls at 16 I could do without. And Timotheeeeee ❤️❤️❤️ How did I rate this one 4 stars and the 1949 one 4&1/2? What does it mean? Because I love this one so much.

  The year was 2000 and I’m pretty sure this was where I first heard the phrase “tête-à-tête.” Gahhh, I remember almost every outfit and song in this movie! There was an extra in the background of the ball that did the “hot sizzle” gesture, a little brother obsessed with recording everything his sister does on video camera, and a Porsche bed...and those are the real markers of an ABC Disney 2000 release.
