this film feels enormous and i loved the performances and overall direction. i CAN NOT stand the score though, it was the one thing that took me out of it. that motif of the woman singing is uninspired, something we’ve heard a million times and at certain parts, it just feels like a joke. a composer who’s more experimental and adapt at unique sound design would’ve fit this movie better.
