controversial I know but looking at it all now, dumbledore wasn't actually that bad or even that wrong. snape and his character were a crime against humanity but dumbledore was a man with perspective, who understood the gravity of what was at stake, and who was willing to do what it takes. was he always right? no. was he a good person? also no. but I also think I’ve been too heavy handed with my unyielding negative judgment
