    Such a raw encapsulation of this communities history, modern work, and struggle. Presenting both a child and an adult who live openly "in the middle" beautifully conveyed their feelings and the feelings presented by their community and history. Watching Ho'onani sing and play music was enough to make this film a great one but most importantly there's so much to learn from watching.

    The symmetrical cinematography, especially when framed around Ulises's hair and the Monterrey and Queens skylines, was beautiful and calming in contrast to the exhaustion you feel for Ulises.
