Heretic 2024
Sophie Thatcher once again. I expected it to go a bit farther than it did but nope, not a bad thing but sort of a disappointment for the tension built in the beginning. You think it's deep and then you realize its very surface level. Think Don't Breathe without the basement plot twist. I think it's a testament to the plot's message in a way tbh.

The Gorge 2025
If I were watching a Rom Com and there was a movie theater scene, this is what they would be watching, but not in a cheesy way (maybe sort of). Great casting, they do well with a shitty plot with holes everywhere. I imagine the whole thing is shot in front of a green screen so ehh. As an action romance it holds to a 3 ⭐️ but it was just so average in its entirety. Too many genres clashing. A really good 2 rating and I'd recommend the watch as a date night popcorn flick with low expectations. Or at work, that's what I did.
