Longlegs 2024
I enjoyed watching this more than I thought I would overall because I went into it hearing only negative things! Had I watched it hot on the tails of its release I’m sure I’d be more annoyed. I’m a sucker for a detective v. serial killer thriller but this just felt like a wannabe Silence of the Lambs. Nick Cage’s cunty lil kiss + hail satan cheapened the (already bad) ending and shoulda been axed or at least saved for after the credits.

I’m biased because you’re not gonna top Werner Herzog but this didn’t even come close to reaching !! I had such high hopes for this and was so disappointed. The dirty Peter shot, chicken legs, and mustache? I just…okay. That was something. My only pros are how visually appealing the color scheme choices were and the last dying scene shot.
