I’m fairly romcom illiterate – I think the last romance film I watched was “Purple Hearts” (categorically terrible storytelling). Going into this movie, I hardly knew what a good teen romcom is even supposed to look like, and 10 minutes into this movie, I was convinced that this feature would not give me the answer.
