It was mind blowing seeing how many elements of this one film alone Star Wars has paid homage to. While slow at times, the story progressively picks up and really pays off in the third act.

How to Train Your Dragon 2010
The same duo behind Lilo and Stitch managed to capture lighting in a bottle twice with another great story about the bond between those from different worlds. Easily one of Dreamworks’ best works.

Blue Beetle 2023
The film had both the right amount and way too much in terms of Hollywood tropes concerning Latinos. I’m glad to have some Latino rep in the superhero genre. George Lopez for sure stole the show and hopefully they keep this Blue Beetle on for the DCU.
