Howl's Moving Castle 2004
I saw this for the first time about six years ago, introduced as one of my first Ghibli films and I absolutely adored it. I recently listened to the book it's based on and while there were plenty of descriptions that were different, this film still held in my mind.
I rewatched it last night and just love how beautiful the movie is, not fully faithful to the book but taking the world and elements and making its own tale. The moments of quiet contemplation and the scenery, and the music ties everything together.
