Man the beginning was so strong, but the beats happened way too fast and it tumbled into a mess of antics that were ALL high stakes. Despite that, none of the obstacles were impactful enough to care about. I REALLY wanted to like this movie, the animation is insanely fluid and full of charm. I'm a fan of Chris Sander's art, it's always wonderful to see a little bit of his style show thru in his projects. All in all it deserves the awards it gets for the animation alone. Just wish the story didn't drag it down!
