I mean what a classic man
It is a very tried-and-tested story, a classic "kid doesn't like parent but learns to appreciate them" kind of thing, but it is just so much damn fun to watch. Gru is one of the best animated characters ever, and it is fun to watch a man hell bent on chaos gain a bit of a heart. It is silly as hell and Vector is ridiculous but man does it all just work. Only reason I give it as low as I do is because I'm personally not a huge fan of animated movies.
