Baby Driver 2017
Was this whole thing just a lesson in karma? Maybe. To be honest I don't care, it's the best film I've seen recently and I haven't felt this way about a film since I saw Nacho Libre as a young kid. Strange comparison, I know, but movie magic doesn't discriminate, and this movie captures a sense of 'in-for-the-ride' story telling like no other.

Thought that Travis was a little too relatable, so am now questioning my sanity. That is the only drawback. Other than that, 5 stars.
I felt the concurrent themes throughout and repeated shots were incredible, especially the unspoken but heavily referenced crumpled note, not to mention also his cascading obsession with guns and craving to make an impact in his life.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl 2024
Much longer and it might've got a bit irritating, yet still was very short. I remember enjoying The Curse of the Were-Rabbit much more, but then again I would've been 4 at the time.
Canonically silly film, though quite short so doesn't feel like a full movie movie. On the plus side, when made, the jokes do sort of hit.
