Yeah we can be all silly goofy and pretend like Anora or Challengers or Wicked is the best movie of the year, but at the end of the day its always going to be Dune 2.
Nothing compares. Even on a tiny airplane screen - I get chills. I'm blown away by Chalamet, and sick of people pretending like he isn't our greatest living actor of our time.

Once again the FilmBros have got me beat on this one.
I put this on simply as a Pinterest board evening background movie and 10 minutes in my little mood board was forgotten. I have only seen 2 other Woody Allen films and found them self-indulgent, arrogant, and self-waxing. I. AM. IN. AWE.
THE movie theatre experience for me. I walked out of that room a completely changed person You could feel the energy vibrating in the theatre. Unanimous sharp intakes of breath, vibrational, palpable feeling. The closest comparison is the trinity test in Oppenheimer but that intensity for the entire 2.5 hours.
