Vicky Kaushal really peaked in this (easily his best) and Akshaye Khanna was great as Aurangzeb too. The first half was ordinary and most of the background characters didn't leave any impact but the second half carried the entire movie big time. The music didn't work for me (can't believe AR Rahman did this bad of a job) and some of the action scenes were too loud and long (blame the recent flood of south Indian "mass" cinema for this).
