  Bates Motel is one of my favourite shows oat, so obviously watching this for the first time I knew about everything but the way it’s executed is absolutely phenomenal 
  “Wouldn’t it be better if you put her… Some place?” - “you mean an institution? A madhouse?” OMG, the change in his eyes when Normal, sits up and delivers that line is terrifying! The whole conversation is absolutely brilliant and so unsettling.

  No one will ever convince me that this is a bad movie!
  The hero is the side character, then the main character is the idiot. it’s so smart and done to perfection. Kurt Russell kills the role! i miss the duo of John Carpenter and Kurt Russell 😔 they have too many iconic movies together 🤩 escape from New York is up for a rewatch 🔥
