  Rewatching this movie on Valentine’s Day days after a breakup is maybe a deeply regrettable choice but this movie is really great. In 7th grade I read a book called More Happy Than Not which also has to deal with memory erasing, but it’s a guy erasing memories of his boyfriend in the hopes that he forgets that he’s gay. I am sure that was inspired by this. Both works deeply impacted me. Love is such a thing

  Movie that makes you feel insane walking out of the theatre oh my fucking god. Including an intermission was so genius I was really obsessed with that, score was amazing too. I’ve seen lots of opinions that the 2nd act falters a little bit, and after thinking about it I kind of agree, plus the Respeecher stuff is a bit iffy, but still such an incredible movie experience. Really felt like a fucking Event. See this movie
