  A love letter to wrestling disguised as a family drama that’s equal parts tragedy. Beautiful and heartwarming while also devastating and heart-wrenching.

  I really wish I could’ve seen this with my dad. The reason I have my love and affinity with wrestling. He would’ve loved to have seen Flair and the early days this way.

  Paralyzingly polarizing. I’ve not seen anything quite like this. A unique style and take on something we know of, but horrifying in its new perspective that it lends the audience. It is one of the best looking films from the last year but hard to watch at times. The normalcy that was their reality is haunting, almost a hundred years later. The sound design is superb. You feel the sounds of tragedy and trauma, without seeing the atrocities. It itself paints a brutal picture in such beautiful wilderness. Glazer’s direction is resplendent.
