  The film has a nice premis, that turns the idea of game avatars into a source of smart comedy. The execution has much charm, but also quite a bit of generic moments.

  A melodramatic story with many problems of plausibility, that doesn't really work as a straight forward narrative and not as an allegory about co-existence. Even though it's pretty well made and the casting is great, it's hard to believe that the script would get funding without Avi Nesher as the director.

  Great cinematography, intriguing world (though it owes a lot to Tarkovsky and Tarr), but it doesn't have enough content or philosophical depth to justify its running length and extremely slow pace. Could be so much better after trimming some 20 minutes.
