After Casino Royale, I had high hopes for the second entry of Daniel Craig's portrayal of James Bond. Needless to say I was quite disappointed in that it wasn't very good. I guess I should have noticed that the shorter run-time of the film echoed the feelings of the director as well, in that he wasn't confident I would watch past 106 minutes anyway.
An unexpectedly amazing film about the definition of what it means to be selfless. This one hit me in the feels, a little too much at times. But that's the beauty of a real story. This film really makes you hope that you would be able to be this kind of friend one day.
Actually enjoyed this one. It's a slow burn but worth the wait. Some great performances all round and it's set in beautiful 1980's Japan. Full of intrigue and some suspense.

I'm not sure I expected anything different from Marvel in phase 2. But what I got, I certainly enjoyed!
I was honestly worried they would follow the same pattern of throwing forced humour into the movie, and although it was there I actually enjoyed it this time around.
Overall it was an enjoyable movie, filled with all of the elements we've come to love from Marvel. I still just wish that the characters had more on the line, it just…
