  i wish i had let the magic from the first two marinate a little longer before i watched this one and all the WHIMSY WAS NEARLY DESTROYED. the ending redeemed itself but im sad at how both these hotties grew up to be so annoying and insufferable. however i just read about the backstory of the inspiration for these movies and alas im back to being absolutely obsessed. a genius and painful and beautifully real trilogy there hasn’t been and never will be anything like it.

  actually quite liked how it didnt build up to one big gutwrenching scene but was just painfully sad for the entire thing instead so that i could just cry like the whole time 🥰
