  sobbed. maybe not for all the right reasons but sobbed. the relationship between father and son in this movie is a beautiful and complex thing. it's love, and it's care, but it's also stress and distrust. you could tell that these two would make promises to each other, and truly believe in them. and it was heart-shattering to see how each of them would push and pull whenever something would drive them apart. every supporting role in this movie was equally well played. you can see them walk a fine balance between wanting to help others but fearing for themselves.

  Strangest movie of all time. Don't understand how you can have Morgan Freeman, Tom Cruise, and M83 all working on a movie and seemingly not keep any budget for the writing of the film. what actually happened. CGI was beautiful. Thematic connections were there, I guess. But it had absolutely NO direction I was confused from start to finish
