  Mulholland Drive 2001

  Mulholland Drive just became one of my favorites bc im in love with the idea of a movie not being about a mystery but rather the movie itself is the mystery. David Lynch is a mastermind for creating such a complex way of telling this story, so complex that the viewers will never be sure if they’ve solved the puzzle in the end. 

  And yeah i had to watch a youtube video explaining the details so i can fully understand the movie, apparently im not that smart :p

  Fallen Angels 1995

  I don’t know, it just didn’t click with me. 3 stars because i loved the camera work, the colors, the costumes. Overall, the aesthetics of Fallen Angles are pretty cool. Buut the two stories just left me a bit confused. Especially the second one. And in the end this movie is just not gonna be a very memorable one, which is a bit disappointing bc i was expecting for it to be the “masterpiece” everyone were describing it to be. 
  Although there are some scenes i really enjoyed, they left me reminiscing nostalgically. I really wish i have taped my dad before his passing :/
