  this movie was BEAUTIFUL.

  first off, the cinematography was amazing. the movie felt very homey but still professional. I especially loved the way they portrayed familial relationships and the pressures parents can put on their kids.   this is a romcom through and through. I LOVE romcoms. I feel like most “gay love stories” focus on younger teens and it was nice to see adults figuring stuff out and having real life problems. it was such a sweet story and didn’t feel awkward/fetishy. it was fucking hilarious too.
