… there is nothing that could have been done better or differently. From start to finish, each moment is strategic and captivating. Such a full spectrum of emotion, in such a chaotic and tense story there are moments of triumph and levity. Dev Patel removed the lens of orientalism — he brought one hell of an action movie, the setting, language, and traits of India were not exocticized but rather normalized. I will be talking about this movie (and dev Patel) 4L 🥰
