  i don’t know how to rate this? if you watch this through the lens of “natalia was an abused child” (which is what i believe), all of the stories just seem incredibly sad or alarming (or both). michael and kristine are pieces of shit. this docuseries was interesting to watch but i hate that they gave the “natalia is a sociopath” angle so much time and weight. i was disgusted by michael, the “hospital sources,” and the neighbors.   you should just read the book that this is supposedly based on. this didn’t really cover the things that made the book interesting. wouldn’t call it great in terms of a standalone manson documentary, either. honestly, this is one case where netflix SHOULD have dragged it out for multiple episodes - 90 mins barely scratches the surface
