I watched this film for the first time a couple of years ago and as someone with cerebral palsy, this has always been a comfort movie because of the incredibly realistic portrayal of what it is to have a condition like this one. And of course, the film wouldn’t have been as striking and powerful as it is without an amazing female lead as the actress was.

37 seconds is a vivid representation of what cerebral palsy brings into your life —either the good and the bad parts of it. I will always hold it very close and dear to my heart.

A hugely beautiful film about two women that crossed each other’s paths and through their love we can clearly see tenderness and passion live in the same margin. I absolutely loved it!!! Very appropriate for this month, obviously.

Yoongi is so important to me that i feel tears dwelling while i type this trying to explain how he has held me through his art in the midst of hard times. And one of my deepest desires is to be able to thank him and the boys for the big positive impact they have had on me since i had the pleasure of knowing them.

I feel so connected to their lyrics. Specially, Yoongi’s because i feel deeply seen and hugged whenever i read them. I call Yoongi my therapist because of the comfort he brings me. He is constantly reminding me, 다 괜자나질거야, 마리엘라.

A hard story about a lost friendship, that leads to destruction from both sides.
I related more to Padraic and his relentless search for answers when it comes to his faded connection with Colm,  not wanting to let go of the past.
But in the end,  we must let go for our own good and that of our loved ones. LET GO!!
