Paris, Texas 1984
I loved the pace of this film and the beautiful long shots. It felt like a dream I would have an not remember all of but wish I could live in, the kind that make me see the world in another colour when I wake up. I think maybe it's because there were two songs in it from my childhood that I can sing along to but wouldn't be able to write the lyrics of. Or looking at a painting for a long time and seeing the world it might be an encyclopedia entry for.
