the film looks like a gothic dream one has wished to be part of. i loved the costume designs, love the incredible photographic art and detail that goes into every scene.

Regular Lovers 2005
It is hard to find a bit of yourself in every character of a film, but Garrel has made it possible for you to relate to every single not spoken thoughts that you can identify in their eyes, every single mannerism and ways of acting in such a society as in France during the 60s, and really understand the depth of every tear, laugh, love making and conversations (which decrease throughout the film) in the entire movie.
