“You’re the only lovable thing about me”
I think this movie had a powerful message about how we view aging and treat human beings passed a certain age, as well as the upkeep of trying to achieve a certain level of beauty and how damaging that is for your own sense of self and health.
I had to cover my eyes for 90% of this movie because the gore and body horror was so intense, so I don’t think I’ll ever rewatch.
Don’t buy popcorn, you’ll lose your appetite :(
