I thought it was going to be FUN bad.
I was wrong.
It’s over 2 hours long.
I still don’t know who this is for.
I hope someone had fun while making it because it’s not happening whilst watching it.

Before I saw it.
As the movie went on I though, "okay. Not as good as the original, of course!" but by the end I thought it was really, really terrible.
I laughed through a lot of stuff I'm sure I wasn't supposed to, like the younger kid crying about the parents getting divorced (random?). The older boy was TOTALLY redundant and what was the deal with him having a girlfriend and making eyes…
Wow. WOW.
Everything I've heard about this movie (and I purposely stayed away from as many reviews as possible, knowing I'd see this after it came out) was right on the nose.
It was awesome and bombastic and never let up. Definitely a movie that could trigger my anxiety just by watching more intently. It was sensory overload and I'm glad we didn't see it in 3D because as awesome as that would have been the intensity would have been…
