Walker 1987
In a time when America seems so messed up politically it is heartening to enjoy entertaining and singular art made in response to the past and present sins of our government. However, it’s also upsetting that those same impulses, expertly surfaced and skewered by this 40 year old film, still clearly permeate the halls of power in this nation today. Please don’t stop telling stories like this, especially now.
