Pretty decent action flick that’s fun to watch and has a good ending for the protagonist. I thought it was cool how US government legislation forced Onnicorp to find a loophole to deploying an (almost) automated police force.

A really interesting premise and good cinematography. There’s clear messaging and symbolism with the animals and “migrant crisis”. I don’t know why this movie isn’t included in high school film study lol

28 Days Later 2002
I’ve always heard that this is a classic in the zombie genre and now I can see why. It’s not action-packed but rather quiet and eerie and the horror comes from the fact that these zombies aren’t everywhere but they are hiding. I love the premise as well as zombie movies tend to show the entire world collapsing due to the virus but in this case, it looks like it’s just the UK
