  So awesome!! Incredibly gripping from start to finish. I love how the characters develop and how effortlessly Fincher can convey suspense, intrigue, and drama with his filmmaking.

  I found it charming in how campy it was. I also have respect for the practical effects, and how visionary this film was. It is the beginning of a now 10 film franchise that is insanely popular and loved by many. I liked the twist at the end, I didn’t see it coming and it brought a smile to my face. The editing and sub-par acting added to the charm of the film as well, I didn’t find that those aspects took away from anything.

  After a decent amount of thought I decided that this film is worth no less than five stars. While it’s enormous length might be intimidating I assure anyone who’s dissuaded that it’s extremely entertaining throughout. It’s densely packed with information, paced rather quickly and consistently, and simply captivating in its beauty. The score was phenomenal. This was not limited to the moving orchestral performances in the particularly cinematic or powerful moments in the film, but in the sound design throughout.…
