The film was very beautiful overall. I know it won like 5 oscars, but truly the only one I think it deserved was editing. (also: the screenplay wasn’t anything out of this world, but I did feel like there was a point of telling to the story.) Anora’s journey shows the reality that some exotic dancers face and the stereotypical labels they receive while working in that industry. The movie teaches us not to judge…
